Honoring school psychologists
November 11-15 is School Psychology Awareness Week, created to increase public awareness about the valuable role school psychologists play in public education.
School psychologists are dedicated, highly trained professionals who help children and youth succeed academically, socially, behaviorally, and emotionally.
School psychologists partner with educators, parents, and administrators to foster a safe, healthy, and supportive learning environment that strengthens connections between home, school, and the community.
The Pennsylvania Governor's Office issued a proclamation commemorating School Psychology Awareness Week. Read a copy of the proclamation here.
PSEA thanks school psychologists across Pennsylvania for their hard work and dedication to students' health, well-being, and academic achievement.
